Interested in attending our Family Friendly Community Event? Please observe the following rules.

  • No Smoking or Vaping Inside Event Area (outside fence only)
  • No Pets - Registered Service Animals Only
  • No Outside Alcohol or Coolers
  • No Candles/Open Flames/Fireworks
  • No Items Determined by SharonFest Event Staff to be a Safety Concern

Guests that choose not to follow these rules may be asked to leave the event. Thank you for planning to visit our event and supporting us! We hope you have fun!

Party with a Purpose

What is that purpose? We are glad you asked.

The purpose of SharonFest is to provide a venue for:

  • Non-profit and local organizations to raise sustaining funds for their mission.
  • Building connections between the greater Sharonville community and the local organizations that serve it.
  • Building community pride and commitment to Sharonville.

SharonFest is coordinated by Festivals of Sharonville, Inc. A 501(c)3 organization based in Sharonville, OH.


Volunteers

Scholarship

The SharonFest Community Scholarship is open to graduating seniors that are residents of Sharonville.  The scholarship can be used for college, trade school or technical school. The scholarship is awarded based on the applicant's "Service to the Community of Sharonville." Interested individuals are required to submit an application as well as an original essay detailing their service to the community of Sharonville and the importance of community service in everyday life.

Two scholarships, in the amount of $1,000.00 each, will be awarded to applicants with the best essays. Essays will be reviewed and judged by the SharonFest Scholarship Committee. Winning applicants will be encouraged to attend SharonFest 2024 to receive recognition.
